Made the traditional way, this soap bar uses a saponified coconut base enriched with herbal ingredients-not synthetic detergents. It cleanses gently without harsh sulfates, leaving your skin soft, fresh, and comfortable.

How It Feels:
Lathers into a soft, creamy foam rather than a harsh, squeaky wash. Skin feels clean, smooth, and nourished-never tight or dry.

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)

What kind of soap is this?

It's a handmade bar made from a saponified coconut base — real soap, made the traditional way, rather than a synthetic detergent bar. Herbs and oils are blended in: sandalwood, turmeric, saffron, olive oil, tulsi, tea tree and a traditional ubtan mix of gramflour, rose petal powder and kasturi haldi.

What does it smell like?

Warm and woody from the sandalwood, with a gentle earthy note from the turmeric and a fresh herbal lift from the tea tree. The scent comes from the ingredients themselves — there's no synthetic fragrance added. It's noticeable in the shower but doesn't linger heavily on the skin.

How does it feel on the skin?

It lathers into a soft, creamy foam rather than a big squeaky one, and rinses away cleanly. Skin is left feeling clean and soft rather than tight. If your skin runs dry, follow with a moisturiser while you're still slightly damp.

What is ubtan?

Ubtan is a traditional Indian bathing blend, used for generations before and during bathing rituals. This version combines gramflour (chickpea flour), rose petal powder and kasturi haldi — a fragrant relative of turmeric. Here it's worked into the soap base rather than used as a separate paste.

Can I use it on my face?

It's designed as a body bar. If your facial skin is normal and robust you can use it, but soap bars can be drying on the face — if your skin is dry, sensitive or prone to breakouts, stick to a cream or gel cleanser for your face and use this from the neck down.
