Water stored overnight in copper utensil has been traditionally practiced by many sages/yogis for more than 1000 years. In Ayurveda copper has been given the status of a purifying metal.

How to use

Cleaning:

This vessel is made from solid copper and will discolour and tarnish over time with use.

Clean your bottle regularly - To restore the shine on the inside take 2 Tbsp of concentrated lemon juice, 1 Tbsp of sea salt and 1 cup of water, add these to the bottle and shake for 2 minutes then rinse with regular warm water and leave it to dry. You can also use a soft brush to scrub stubborn areas a flush clean with cold water, ensuring all acidic residue is washed away.

How much Water to drink from copper bottle:

Copper is not innately utilised by our body. That is why too much of the metal can be detrimental. According to the FDA, about 12 mg/day is more than sufficient for the body to use without causing any harm. Drinking 1L of copper water is more than enough in day to reap its benefits. 

Safety & Precautions

Do not store water in the copper water bottle for more than 12 hours.

Use it only for pure water (cold/room temperature water).

Don’t put  acidic juices, such as orange or grape juice, in the bottle.

Certificate + Authenticity

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)
