Kunkumadi Tailam (Also known as Kumkumadi Tailam) in Sanskrit translates to "Saffron & Herbs Oil". It is an authentic Ayurvedic formulation to revive skin radiance and youthfulness. This is a legendary recipe documented in Ashtanga Hridaya (ancient Ayurvedic text).

How to use

Apply this serum as a night-time ritual after cleansing your face. Take 3-4 drops and massage gently over the face with fingertips in upward strokes until fully absorbed. Leave it overnight for best results. The following morning, wash it with a gentle natural cleanser.

If you have oily skin you can apply this during the day and after 20 mins wash it off.

Certificate + Authenticity

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)

What is Kumkumadi Tailam?

A classical Ayurvedic facial oil whose name means “saffron and herbs oil”. It has traditionally been used as a night oil to support a bright, even-looking, youthful complexion.

How long until I notice a difference?

Results vary from person to person. Most people use it nightly for at least 3–4 weeks before judging, and longer for uneven tone. Consistency matters more than quantity.

How long does a bottle last?

About 40–50 days of nightly use from the 10ml bottle.

Why is it a night oil?

Ayurveda treats night as the skin’s time to rest and restore. Wearing oil in the sun isn’t ideal for any skin, so use it at night and wear sunscreen during the day.

Will it clog my pores?

Sesame-based oils suit most skin types when used sparingly. If you’re acne-prone or oily, start with fewer drops or use the 20-minute wash-off method.
