To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)

How To Use

To take triphala as a tea make a decoction by adding 1/2 teaspoon of triphala powder to a cup of hot water. Stir and allow the tea to cool and drink.

Triphala Powder & Cold Water: Add 2 teaspoons of Triphala powder in a glass of water and let it soak overnight. Drink the Triphala water first thing in the morning.

Triphala powder & Warm Water: Add a tablespoon of Triphala powder in a glass of water and let it soak overnight. In morning boil this water until its volume reduces to half. Let it cool for some time and drink it.

Triphala Powder, Honey and Cinnamon: Add a teaspoon of Triphala powder and a small stick of cinnamon to a glass of water. Let it soak overnight. In the morning add a teaspoon of honey to this water and drink it.
