Lion's Mane needs consistency and fortunately I felt the effect soon after my first intake! I was buzzing with energy. I mix it in with a drink from Moodi or on its own with Oat milk. When I am out I make sure I have some on me so I can get the barista to add it into my drink. I'm taking a break as I've had for 11 weeks now. Amla Powder is good, don't use it too often but helps once a week.
I knew very well that some food intolerances and I am not to have mushrooms but I still give it a try. My body didn't accept it and became sore. However, it is working for my son. He has felt improvement in his memory and learning abilities.
