How To Use

Mix ½ tsp to 1 tsp of Amla Powder in 50–70 ml of warm water and consume within 40 minutes before breakfast. Amla can also be added to your favorite juice for a more palatable option.

We recommend starting with ½ tsp per day, gradually increasing to 1 tsp per day as your body adjusts.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
