Natural Nutmeg Powder

In Ayurveda, nutmeg (Jatiphala/Myristica fragrans) is described as Deepana (appetiser), Hrudya (cardiac tonic), Grahi (useful in IBS, diarrhoea), and Kasahara (relieves cough). This 100% natural nutmeg powder supports digestive fire and corrects digestion with its Deepan and Pachan properties.
