Roll outward from the centre of your face, and when working on the neck, use gentle downward strokes. Begin by applying a few drops of your preferred facial oil or serum to allow smooth, comfortable gliding - the roller is not intended for use on dry skin.

Forehead: Use the larger roller to glide upward from the brows to the hairline.

Eyebrows: With the smaller end, roll gently across the brow area in horizontal motions.

Eyes: Using the smaller roller, move from the inner to outer corners with light pressure.

Chin & Jaw: With the larger end, roll from the chin toward the ears to follow natural contours.

Under Chin: Roll gently upward to help support natural firmness.

Neck: Stroke downward in light, sweeping motions to help support natural lymphatic flow.

Repeat each motion five to ten times using gentle, consistent strokes. Clean the roller after every use and store it in a dry place. For traditional self-care practice, use two to three times per week. The Kansa roller measures approximately 15 cm in length.
