Lemon grass powder is made by cuttings of a grass called as Cymbopogon citratus. It is collected in fresh form and is dried to make powder. It gives citrusy aroma like lemon, hence named such. It is enriched with many bio active components like flavonoids, citral (main component), anti-oxidants, chlorogenic acid, etc.

Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)

How To Use

Lemon grass powder can be taken in form of tea by boiling it in a cup of water along with honey, cinnamon, cloves, etc.

It can be mixed in your meal, vegetables and curries to enhance aroma and flavour.

It can be used as spice in many cuisines and also added in flour.

Mix few drops of rosewater, some normal water in a teaspoon of lemon grass powder. Make a paste out of it and apply on skin.
