Revered for over 3,000 years in Ayurvedic medicine, Withania somnifera earned its Sanskrit name "ashwagandha" ("smell of horse") from both its distinct aroma and its legendary ability to impart the strength and vitality of a stallion.
Ashwagandha also supports cortisol levels while also supporting DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) that supports both the energising and calming of the nervous system at the same time.
Ashwagandha is like a calm warrior— helping you stay centered under pressure while fueling your inner vitality.
