FAQs

Rosemary powder is a versatile herbal ingredient used in cooking (seasoning meats, soups, stews), hair care (scalp treatments, hair masks), and skincare (face masks, scrubs). It offers aromatic flavor and botanical benefits to hair, skin, and meals.

Rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that may help protect cells from oxidative stress

May support hair and scalp health by improving circulation to hair follicles

May support digestion and circulation when used in culinary amounts

For hair: mix rosemary powder with water, aloe vera, or other carrier (like coconut oil) to make a paste. Massage into scalp and leave on for 20-30 minutes before washing.

For skin: blend a small amount with clay, yogurt, or honey to make a gentle mask. Use once or twice a week.

For cooking: sprinkle into dishes like roasted vegetables, soups, stews, or marinades.

Rosemary is generally safe in culinary or topical amounts. However, high doses may cause digestive upset, skin redness, or increased sensitivity to sunlight

It may interact with medications that slow blood clotting or blood sugar levels; use caution if using anticoagulants or antidiabetic drugs

Pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid medicinal doses of rosemary; stick to amounts normally used in food

Always do a patch test on skin before first use to check for sensitivity.

Store in an airtight container, away from heat, light, and moisture. A cool, dark cupboard is ideal. Proper storage helps preserve aroma, flavor, and potency for longer.
