    Ashwagandha supports stress management and resilience, energy and vitality, healthy sleep, cognitive function, physical performance and strength, hormonal balance, and immune function. It's one of Ayurveda's most powerful adaptogens.

    Ashwagandha helps regulate cortisol (the stress hormone), supports the body's natural stress response, promotes calm and relaxation, reduces occasional anxiety, and helps maintain emotional balance.

    For stress and anxiety: Take in the morning and/or afternoon. For sleep support: Take in the evening. For energy: Take in the morning. Typically 1-2 tablets (600mg each) once or twice daily with meals.

    Some people notice improved sleep and reduced stress within 1-2 weeks. For full adaptogenic benefits including energy, strength, and hormonal balance, consistent use for 6-8 weeks is typically recommended.

    Those with hyperthyroidism should consult their doctor as Ashwagandha may increase thyroid hormone levels. Not recommended during pregnancy. Consult your healthcare provider if on medications.
