TRIPHALA is recommended and used more than any other Ayurvedic herbal formulation. Translating as “three fruits” in Sanskrit, this formula of amla, haritaki, and bibhitaki is known to assist in natural internal cleansing while it also nourishes and rejuvenates the tissues. This traditional formula gently maintains regularity, cleanses the colon, supports healthy digestion, and promotes absorption.

COMMONLY taken as a daily herbal supplement for gentle cleansing of the colon and regularity, Triphala powder is a great part of a daily routine.  Ayurveda recommends taking herbal formulas for at least 4–6 weeks to allow the herbs time to assimilate in the tissues, starting with the smallest recommended amount and slowly increasing as needed.

TRIPHALA POWDER is the most traditional way to take this formula. Triphala powder is preferred over triphala capsules because the taste can still be experienced. Triphala contains 5 of the 6 ayurvedic tastes.     How To Use

    To take triphala as a tea make a decoction by adding 1/2 teaspoon of triphala powder to a cup of hot water. Stir and allow the tea to cool and drink.

    Triphala Powder & Cold Water: Add two teaspoon of Triphala powder in a glass of water and let it soak overnight. Drink the Triphala water the first thing in the morning.

    Triphala powder & Warm Water: Add a tablespoon of Triphala powder in a glass of water and let it soak overnight. In morning boil this water until its volume reduces to half. Let it cool for some time. Drink it in one go.

    Triphala Powder, Honey and Cinnamon: Add a tablespoon of Triphala powder and a small stick of cinnamon to a glass of water. Let it soak overnight. In the morning add a tablespoon of organic honey to this water and drink it at one go.

    To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

    Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)
