Nigella sativa (Black cumin) seed oil fixed 450 mg
(as Thymocid® extract)
Rutoside 125 mg
Retinol palmitate 103 micrograms
equiv. vitamin A 56 micrograms retinol equivalents
equiv. vitamin A 187 IU

How To Use

Adults take 2 capsules twice daily with water, and
children over the age of 6 take the contents of 2 capsules once or twice
daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
