How to Consume:
1. Take a small "Fenugreek seed or a drop" size resin (approx 100mg - 200mg) (see image 7)
2. Add it to a 50ml glass of hot water (dechlorinated) and stir until it dissolves completely. For optimum results Shilajit is best absorbed in the body when mixed with milk (Please make sure you heat up the milk first. Once heated, you can add Shilajit).
3. Enjoy on an empty stomach in the morning to improve digestion.
Note: Avoid taking it at evening/night as it may disturb sleep.
- Take it once or twice a day (100 - 200mg)
- Do not take it every day but only 3-5 times a week, to allow your body time to adjust to the certain micronutrients in your blood and store the ones it requires.
- Cycle the use of Shilajit. After 4-6 weeks of continued use take a break for 1-2 months.
- Pay attention to the maximum dose and make sure it does not exceed 250mg.
- If you are pregnant or have a serious health condition or have chronically high iron in the blood or a very serious heart / high blood pressure issue, you should consult with your physician before taking Shilajit.
- It is not recommended for those below the age of 16.
Note: Please do not mix Shilajit with chlorinated water (tap water) as humic/ fulvic acid contained in the Shilajit might react with Chlorine and produce a harmful substance. Use bottled/ mineral water, OR , you can boil tap water and let the boiled water sit in a glass for a couple of minutes to allow the chlorine to evaporate.

Tests For Checking Purity of Shilajit:
Shilajit is very responsive to external temperature. In cold temperatures, it becomes hard and solid-like. When temperature is high, it assumes a thick, sticky, liquid-like texture (sticks to finger). This is known as the Pliability test, and is the best way to find out the authenticity of the Shilajit. Most liquid Shilajit found in the market is diluted with fulvic acid to ensure it stays liquidy (dripping) in all temperatures which is impure.
Pure shilajit is always found in a clay like thick liquid form (It is never a dripping liquid).
Pure Shilajit dissolves in water (98 - 100% water soluble) without leaving any residue. If residue is left it shows Shilajit is mixed with fillers and the water will taste sandy.
Shilajit is known to have Humins (insoluble in water) and fulvic acid (soluble in water) and these 2 components are soluble and insoluble according to the pH of the water. Thus, the pH of the water decides whether Shilajit will completely dissolve (100%) or not (98-99%).
Pure Shilajit is Not soluble in alcohol.
Upon a flame test, pure Shilajit will not burn. Only impure shilajit can catch a robust fire and burn like a candle. However, pure Shilajit will create bubbles and will turn into ash.

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.
To identify if the herb is organic it's certified by USDA & Onecert International which can be verified by visiting the USDA database here.
Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a New Zealand Laboratory (document is available here)

Some are sweet or nasty tasting .
This one passes the hot cold test and flame test . Definitely picks me up .
