Ecdysterone is a ecdysteroid molecule extracted from Leuzea herb (Rhaponticum carthamoides or Cyanotis arachnoidea), naturally present in several insects, plants, leafy green vegetables, etc. To increase muscular gains and athletic performance, it is typically consumed as a supplement.
