To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

Unfortunately this was so bad that I eventually threw it out after persevering to the point of literally gaging and vomiting. Do not buy!
So years ago I watched this episode of "bear grills" where he couldn't find water so he squeezed the liquid from an elephant poop he found and drank it to stay hydrated. I imagine it tasted just like tonkat ali.
However I will say this, if you can withstand the taste and just knock it back it does it's job. I feel it's the sole reason I have abs showing now.. I've changed nothing in my eating or training and now my abs are showing and I feel it's working and helping my sustained energy 💪🏽
Will most definitely be using this product as long as it is available.
The directions are lacking and recommends taking 1 gram up to 2 times a day. Safety data in other places suggests only 200-400mg daily and doses higher do not have studies to conclude it's safe
