Ingredients: 100% Natural Ajwain powder (Trachyspermum ammi).
Also known as Bishop’s weed, Carom is a wonderful warming seed, truly aromatic, and great for supporting persisting coughs and for boosting digestion. It is pungent/bitter in taste. It is useful in the management of general anxiety, menstrual cramping, colic, and wheezing. Ajwain also clears lungs and throat, leading to regulation of speech, as it opens the way for clear communication.
