Powder, Chickpeas Powder, Saffron powder, Mogra Flower powder, Rose Flower Powder.
Ubtan is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation used in wedding rituals or day to day to achieve clear, glowing and soft skin.
- Turmeric and sandalwood present in ubtan act as natural toners and also prevent acne. Chickpea powder is rich in magnesium which helps reduce the fine lines and wrinkles. Rose Petal powder provides cooling and toning to firm up the skin and evens out complexion. Saffron is an excellent for reducing pigmentation, blackheads and other skin blemishes.
- How to use: Add rose water and or milk to form a thick paste (you can also use regular water). Make sure that the ubtan paste is neither too runny nor too hard. It should have the consistency of a thick body scrub with fine granules.
- Gently massage this scrub to your face in a circular motion (arms or legs, if you want to). Then wait 5-20mins for the paste to dry up. Finally wash your skin with normal-temperature water and pat dry.
