SIDR, botanically called as Ziziphus spina christi or Ziziphus jujuba is well known for it’s religious as well as therapeutic value. As per bible, crown worn by Jesus Christ is made of it’s thorn, so also called as Christ’s thorns and as per Quran, it’s the tree of the heaven. It is anti- inflammatory in nature so used in various skin ailments and wound healing. It gives very good results in also promoting hair health.
