I definitely feel a lot more relaxed and balanced since I’ve started taking this Ashwaganda but it would be so much easier to swallow if it had a smooth coating to help swallowing it. It’s very dry and it sometimes gets stuck in my throat unless I take it with a huge gulp of water !
