Indigo not only provides a beautiful hair colour but also doubles as an excellent hair conditioner. This means that there is no need to use a separate conditioner after applying natural indigo powder to your hair.
For a gorgeous dark brown hair colour, the combination of henna and indigo works wonders. When these two natural ingredients are applied to the hair, they create a stunning shade of brown without the use of harsh chemicals or additives.

Safety Information
It is advisable to do a strand test before applying indigo powder to your entire hair and scalp. Select a one-inch section of your hair and apply the indigo mixture to it to see what colour it may leave on your hair. After you have used indigo please do not use any bleaching hair products for 6 weeks.
Directions:
Mix indigo powder and Henna powder in the ratio of 1:2 add warm water and stir to make a thick paste of desired consistency. Allow the paste to remain for 45 minutes before the application. While applying coat your hair uniformly with the paste. Keep for one hour and rinse off with water. If you want darker shades keep the paste 2 to 3 hours on hair.
