Ingredients: Valerian Extract (Valeriana officinalis), Vegetable Cellulose (Capsule).
Valerian root extract capsules is obtained from the plant, Valerian officinalis is used as a herbal support for people suffering from anxiety or difficulties falling asleep (sleep onset). It increases the levels of a gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain which contributes to a calming effect in the body.
