Triphala is one of the most cherished and time-honored formulas in Ayurveda, with a legacy that stretches back over 5,000 years. Its name, meaning “three fruits” in Sanskrit, reflects its balanced blend of three powerful botanicals:
Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) – A rejuvenating powerhouse rich in antioxidants
Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) – A gentle cleanser that supports detoxification
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) – A revered healer known for its harmonising effects
Think of Triphala as a trio of wise companions, each offering their unique strength, yet always working in perfect harmony. Together, they cleanse, nourish, and restore—guiding your body toward balance, vitality, and long-term wellness.
It supports balance between all Doshas | Taste: sweet, sour, pungent, bitter, astringent.

Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)
